Well it finally crept up on us – mistletoe and wine and all that winter loveliness. Personally I love it and will be mulling like a mad thing!
It was a pleasure to be at the Great Barn in Avebury last weekend – despite the fact that with no heat in the barn it didn’t get above minus 2 on Saturday – we shawl traders are made of stern stuff!
This weekend is my last foray out of the shop before Christmas and so I will be in Cirencester snug and warm in the Cornhall on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of December.
After that my Christmas hours are as follows:
Monday 11 December I will be closed – its my Christmas shopping day and needs must or Santa will be cross if he doesnt have any presents to deliver.

Phew. I also want to say what an absolute pleasure it has been to meet everyone either in the shop or out and about and I wish you all a happy, peaceful and generally wonderful Christmas and a fabulous 2024.
